Scrimmage
Payment Invoice
Per UIL guidelines, TASO Football chapters shall be
paid for scrimmages using the following guidelines and fee schedule:
“Chapters agreeing to provide officials and charge for
scrimmages are under a GOOD FAITH OBLIGATION to provide officials for the
school during the upcoming season.”
EXCEPTION: If a chapter should
experience a shortage of officials due to injury, illness, etc., the chapter
may or may not be able to service a particular game or games for a particular
school. Any shortage of officials will
be discussed with the appropriate school as soon as it is discovered.”
FEES WILL BE
PAID TO THE LOCAL CHAPTERS, NOT TO THE INDIVIDUAL OFFICIALS.
The purpose of this fee is
to assist chapters in the recruitment and retention of officials.
A.
$100.00 per field (Fees are based on one 3 hour
scrimmage. This includes scrimmages at all levels.)
B.
Each additional 1 hour block, or any part thereof
shall be paid at $25.00 per hour.
C.
ANY AND
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE CHAPTER WORKING ANY
SUBSEQUENT SCRIMMAGES OR REGULAR
SEASON GAMES.
